For two days you'll work side by side with Katie, gaining hands on experience in the creative and floristry topics that excite you the very most.

You will have access to all the amazing flowers you would expect from Ponderosa & Thyme and time to talk about your journey, dream about your future, discuss all the business-y questions you've been needing to ask. No dream is too big here, we call this place the incubator because so many dreams get stronger here.
