We grow flowers and herbs ethically, from the soil up, with deep respect for the land and the rhythm of the seasons. Every bloom is a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken your senses.
You’ll find us at The Farm Byron Bay, where our shop is filled with flowers, plants, and thoughtful gifts inspired by nature’s quiet beauty.
We create with what we grow, allowing each stem to speak for itself. Our designs are wild, textural, and alive — a celebration of imperfection and the simple magic that happens when we let nature lead.
If we don’t grow a flower ourselves, we lovingly source it from our close flower friends nearby or from Australian farms we know and trust. Every stem has a story, and we choose each one with care.
Our field to vase ethos guides everything we do. The flowers you see in our Byron Bay shop are freshly cut from our own fields or from growers who share our values of sustainability and heart.

Meet the maker – Jess Connor
Hi, Im Jess!
FLORIST, FLOWER FARMER, MOTHER, DREAMER and DO-ER
I know it sounds cliché, but I’m truly living my dream. When I started floristry at fourteen, I dreamed of growing and designing with my own blooms long before small-scale flower farming and being a farmer florist were even a thing. I was told it wasn’t possible, that it was too hard, that farmers don’t make money. But I held onto that dream anyway and here I am, growing flowers under the Byron Bay sun and sharing their magic with others.
Most days you’ll find me with dirt on my hands, our puppy close by, teaching or creating with heart, growing with intention, and helping people reconnect with real, sustainable flowers.
My mission is simple: to share the beauty, calm, and connection that come from flowers grown with care free from chemicals, rooted in the rhythms of the seasons, and filled with life.
Off the farm, I’m a mum of two, usually barefoot in the sunshine, wandering by the creek or ocean, coffee in hand and something sweet baking in the oven. Life is messy, beautiful, and full of life and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
