Who is this service best suited for?
This service is most appropriate for couples looking for an easy solution to planning wedding flowers. You want to skip all the fuss of a consultation and you're happy to leave the design decisions to us.
Why is the menu limited?
Our menu includes the most popular wedding flower items. We also know these items, created in our iconic style, provide the most impact and best value.
When should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 14 days notice and suggest placing your order 30 days before your wedding day.
What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding date?
We understand plans sometimes change. We'll do our best to accomodate a change of date, however all wedding flower orders include a 50% non-refundable payment. Click here to read the full Booking Terms & Conditions.
How early do I need to place my order?
We require a minimum of 14 days' notice for all wedding flower orders. Because we run a busy flower shop as well as grow our own ingredients, we can create a lot of magic in a short timeframe. If in doubt, give our team a call on 0411 928 920.
What flowers will you use?
Our designs use a unique selection of seasonal flowers, leaves, foliage, herbs and dried botanicals to create rhythm and movement in bridal bouquets, bridal party arrangements, cake flowers, venue installations and overhead canopies. 

Each flower has a story and we give them room to shine while creating an abundant and magical space for you to celebrate your love for your favourite human.

What colour palettes are available?
We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t listed on our menu, we don’t believe it’s worth your money.
How much are delivery fees?
The service fee for delivery $100. This includes delivery to two different locations.
Where do you deliver?
Byron + Hinterland surrounds, including Ballina and Lismore.
Can I pick-up my flowers from your shop?
We don’t offer a pick-up option and will deliver your flowers instead. Your finished flowers will be very delicate and we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how so let us take care of it for you.
Will you replicate an image I supply to you?
You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet. You and your partner have a unique story to tell and we feel so blessed to be part of your day. Leave it to us to make a beautiful bespoke design for you, using the freshest flowers in your selected colour palette!
What if I want to tell you what flowers to include in the designs?
We believe every wedding deserves more than just a 'cookie cutter' design. The beauty of this process is you don't need to fuss over the details. Select from one of four colour palettes and we'll feature the best of what Mother Nature has to offer for the season. We've been designing wedding blooms for decades and as long as you love our lush, abundant design style, we know you'll love what we create for you on the day.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if you contact us at least 30 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available.
What if I want a formal consultation?
We don’t offer consultations with Wedding Packages. They’re designed to be very straight-forward for you to order so leave the details to us. Place your order online, select your colour palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio. And deliver them to you on the day! Easy as that.
What if I need to make updates to my order?
Not a problem. Changes to your order can be made up to 14 days prior to your event date. Simply send us email at shop@poppyandfern.com.au, quoting your event date and name in your enquiry.
When will my flowers be delivered?
We’ll connect with you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, ensuring the timing suits your photographer’s requirements and the schedule for your day.
What if I want something not on the menu?
We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t listed on our menu, we don’t believe it’s worth your money.
What if I want a ceremony archway, reception installation or something else not listed on the menu?
We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Ceiling installations and custom ceremony features are part of our Full Service Wedding approach. Click here to learn more.
